Lake View: Lake/golf view villa with full staff, pool, Jacuzzi & pool table

I stayed here this past week on my bachelor trip and overall everything was good. Nelson the butler is awesome and the food was fine as long as you select the right things. The biggest issue we had as a group was the transportation that villa manager was booking for us. He booked a ride when we arrived and charged us $315 when you can take a taxi for $30. He kept charging us for rides even though we asked to get a taxi and we would pay the drivers as told and then he tried charging us at the end for transportation even though we were already paying the drivers each trip as told to do. Everything about David was a little scammy and he wasn't around much. The only thing that made up for his lack of quality was Nelson who was on top of everything. There was even one trip the driver never showed to pick us up and we had to pay for Ubers home ourselves and David still tried to charge us for it even though we had paid the driver when he dropped us off. David is definitely getting some kickbacks for all this as he made us try to pay him on Zelle directly for some of it.

The house and the staff were super. We had a nice relaxed vacation.

We had a party here with a bunch of friends, and it did not disappoint. The staff was great, Nelson, the on-site manager took care of us and the food was fantastic from chef Danny and the portions were huge! Our group did the all inclusive packages, and it was well worth it. Communication with the off-site villa manager was a little tough. Transportation from the airport took about an hour because he had the wrong times of our arrivals (even though I sent the arrival times twice), and we were never really sure exactly how or when the excursions were getting booked. However, all of it turned out fine and we're a pretty easy group to deal with.
