Vivero 13: Newly renovated w/ pool, Jacuzzi, cook, housekeeper & golf cart

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Victor is an amazing cook and was helpful with anything we needed. The property was great for our large group of older kids. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the house or management but with Casa de Campo’s per person resort fee upon check-in that we were not aware of. 30 per person per day really adds up and we would have liked to have known this beforehand as that really adds up with a large group.

First, can’t wait to return next year and the year after that and so on! We have been coming to Casa de Camp for 10 years. This has surpassed any other experience. We arrived early and our house manager accommodated us since we arrived before check in. All our needs were met from golf carts to food service to housekeeping and any questions we needed answered, our house manager Enrique had our questions answered within minutes. No request too big!!! No question too hard!!!!We will be back.

We had an amazing stay at vivero 13. This place was exactly like the listing. The space was beautiful and clean. The staff was the best part. They were so nice and friendly and we loved them so much. They made our stay for sure. The indoor and outdoor space was a perfect oasis and get location close to the beach and other hotel facilities. We would 100% go back and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for the next vacation!

We have stayed at this villa in the past and the renovations are fantastic. Unfortunately, there are a few “issues”. The outside area is especially nice, but it would be nicer if there were a few ceiling fans to keep the mosquitos and flies away. We experienced some problems with the water. There were numerous occasions when there was no water in several of the bathrooms. Potential renters should be notified that they can not flush toilet paper. We’ve stayed in a lot of condos and villas in Casa De Campo and have never had this restriction. Potential renters should be made aware that there are charges for doing laundry. Again, we’ve never encountered a separate charge for laundry in all the years we’ve stayed in Casa De Campo. Hard to believe that with all the improvements and with smart TV’s that there’s no cable provided. On the positive side, the staff was very good. Daisy and Sofia were very nice and did a great job keeping the villa clean. Victor was an excellent cook.
