Las Palmas 16: NEW luxury villa w/ pool, Jacuzzi, pool table, full staff & golf cart

BExquisite villa with exceptional staff, particularly Lille and Michi. Each inquiry was promptly addressed with a positive attitude at Cap Cana.

The Home, location and staff were all perfect. Lilli the Butler and Yimi the chef worked great as a team and we were never without what we needed. Meals bested anything we could get at a restaurant. Pool , yard were great as were the bedrooms. Rooms were all cleaned quickly in the am. Golf and food packages worked well and when a couple things got complicated staff fixed the situation. We would go back and do recommend this Villa

Our family stayed at Las Palmas 16 in Cap Cana, Punta Cana and it was a five star experience. We (11 of us) arrived at the airport, had flawless transportation to the Villa and were greeted warmly by our Concierge, Butler, Chef and Housekeeper. Our 6 rooms were beautiful, clean and the house well appointed. We were greeted with snacks and then lunch and the pool and accommodations were perfect as expected. Every meal prepared by the chef was excellent. He asked us for preferences and suggested local specialties and made meals for our 2 year old Grandson and picky eaters, We visited several local beach clubs which were great. All of the groceries we requested came as we needed them and the service overall was excellent. We had a great family week!!

Our stay at Las Palmas 16 was wonderful. We were a 3 generation family of 12 with ages ranging from 5 to 72. Our villa manager, Lili, was attentive, helpful, accommodating and a great mixologist. Our chef, Yimi, was outstanding, and very kind about preparing meals to accommodate 4 children’s tastes and then turning out spectacular dinners for the adults. The beaches are definitely rides away, but with the 3 golf carts that we had, were pleasant rides. We loved the beach at the marina.

We return yearly and always love the experience.
