Casa Caribe: NEW beachfront, oceanview condo w/ housekeeper & rooftop terrace

Our family of 9 adults and 1 child spent the Thanksgiving holiday at Casa Caribe. It was an awesome stay! The house is well located, you can't get any closer to the beach, It is well maintained and nicely decorated. Spent many evernings on the upper level roof with a perfect view of the turquoise water, listening to the sounds of beach goers, watching the vibrant colors of the boats and parasailers. As we were such a large party, we opted for the chef for 2 meals a day. Best decision ever - no cooking, no cleaning. The food was amazing, lobster, seafood, delicious dishes - the chef - Thomas- listened to what we wanted, made sure the vegetarians had options and prepared a separate meal for our 3 year old. If you do not opt for the chef, there is a mini mart close by. The manager Piero made everything so easy by arranging our transfers, outings and any necessities we lacked. He responded very quickly when one AC stopped working. Daniela was there daily to make sure the house was clean and in order. Can't say enough about the service we received. We really felt like VIPs.

My family and our friends had an incredible experience. The house was spotless, with a fantastic layout and prime location that felt very secure. We would absolutely love to come back again!

I chose this house for my family and I to stay because it was on the beach and we wanted to stay somewhere like this.The reservation process and extras were always very good. Communication with the property manager was exceptional and always willing to offer everything we needed. The chef and the assistant were very nice and super attentive.The only thing that doesn't let me give it a higher score is that I think the house needs a little investment in some things like the showers and the kitchen. The cooktop is quite old and doesn't help with cooking.I think the kitchen needs a remodel to bring the house up a notch.Otherwise it was a good stay.
